With accident prevention foremost we use behavioural safety as a key to prevent accidents and manage safety, working to keep staff and contractors safe by focusing on compliance and tackling the cultural issues that can lead to unsafe behaviour.
Behavioural change
Our approach to H&S is safe behaviour doesn’t stop when the work finishes but becomes part of the way we normally do things. We aim for long-term change among employees and supply chain, empowering them to become H&S ambassadors at work and home.
Training
Critical to success is regular and ongoing training. We work with people and supply chain to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to manage, enforce and perpetuate a positive H&S environment
Leadership
We recognise that no H&S approach is successful unless it comes from leadership at the top. Supported by the senior management leadership team our dedicated health and safety professionals work with individuals, groups and supply chain to support and enable them to deliver effective health and safety on site.
